Investigating the Relationship between Intellectual Capital Components and Knowledge Management in the Agriculture Jahad Organization of Gilan Province

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between intellectual capital components and knowledge management in the Agriculture Jahad Organization of Gilan Province. Intellectual capital, as one of the key organizational assets, is crucial to understand and manage. Additionally, knowledge management is a strategic approach for improving organizational performance and holds significant importance. In this study, various methods were employed to collect the necessary information and analyze the role of intellectual capital, organizational structure, and human capital in facilitating knowledge management. The results indicate that all three factors under investigation, namely intellectual capital, organizational structure, and human capital, have a positive and significant impact on facilitating knowledge management in the Agriculture Jahad Organization of Gilan Province. Based on the findings of this research, it is recommended that organizations pay more attention to the development of intellectual capital, optimization of organizational structure, and development of human capital to improve their knowledge management. Furthermore, suggestions for future research and studies in this field are provided. Considering the importance of knowledge management in today's world, this research can help organizations present the best strategies to utilize their knowledge and experiences and enhance their performance.
