Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Manuscript Submission

  1. Manuscript Format:
    • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
    • The paper size should be A4 with 1-inch (2.5 cm) margins on all sides.
    • Font type and size: Use "Times New Roman" font, size 12 for the main text, and size 14 for headings.
    • Line spacing should be 1.5, with paragraphs separated by one line space.
  2. Manuscript Structure:
    • Title Page: Include the title of the manuscript, author names, institutional affiliations, and contact information of the corresponding author.
    • Abstract: Provide a maximum of 250 words summarizing the content and main findings of the manuscript.
    • Keywords: List 3 to 5 keywords that best describe the content of the manuscript.
    • Main Text: Should include Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
    • Acknowledgments (if applicable)
    • References: All sources must be properly cited.

Bibliographic and Formatting Standards

  1. In-Text Citations:
    • Use the format (Author Last Name, Year) for in-text citations. Example: (Smith, 2020).
    • For two authors: (Smith & Jones, 2020).
    • For more than two authors: (Smith et al., 2020).
  2. Reference List:
    • References should be listed at the end of the manuscript and ordered alphabetically by the last name of the first author.
    • Common citation formats include:

Books:

Last Name, First Initial. (Year). Title of Book. Publisher.

Example: Smith, J. (2020). Introduction to Business Management. Business Press.

Journal Articles:

Last Name, First Initial., & Last Name, First Initial. (Year). Title of Article. Title of Journal, Volume(Issue), Page Range.

Example: Brown, L., & Green, T. (2021). Innovative Approaches to Business. Journal of Business Studies, 15(2), 123-145.

Book Chapters:

Last Name, First Initial. (Year). Title of Chapter. In First Initial. Last Name (Ed.), Title of Book (pp. page range). Publisher.

Example: Davis, M. (2019). Marketing Strategies. In J. Smith (Ed.), Modern Business Approaches (pp. 50-70). Business Press.

Websites:

Last Name, First Initial. (Year). Title of Webpage. Website Name. URL

Example: Jones, R. (2022). The Future of Business Management. Business Today. https://www.businesstoday.com/future-management

Additional Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be written in English.
  • Tables and figures should be numbered and include a title.
  • Authors must ensure that their manuscript does not infringe any copyrights and is original.
  • All submitted manuscripts will undergo peer review.
